Job Description
Unicomer Dominica is seeking a Compliance Reporting Officer to provide essential support in managing AML/CFT obligations. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism, requiring strong organizational and reporting skills. You’ll help implement regional compliance mandates while ensuring the company remains aligned with national and international anti-financial crime standards.
Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to the Regional Compliance Officer
- Offer technical support related to AML/CFT Compliance
- Support efficient management of Dominica's AML/CFT Compliance Portfolio
- Assist in the execution of the Regional Legal and Compliance Department's AML/CFT mandate
- Conduct research on AML/CFT issues and legislation
- Prepare compliance reports and documentation
- Monitor adherence to compliance procedures
- Liaise with internal departments on compliance matters
- Stay updated on AML/CFT regulations and best practices
- Assist with training on compliance procedures
Experience and Qualifications
- A graduate Degree or equivalent professional qualification in AML/CFT Compliance, Law, Business, Finance, or Law enforcement or related field
- At least 3 years' working experience in an AML/CFT Compliance environment
- An ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Excellent technical and computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A sound familiarity and understanding of marketplace AML/CFT issues and AML/CFT legislation and compliance procedures
- AML/CFT Certification (ACAMS, FIBA or similar certification)
