Responsibility
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food quality
- Develop diverse and innovative menus
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain food costs
- Enforce food safety and sanitation protocols
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends
Experience and Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Culinary or Hospitality Management
- Minimum five (5) years of culinary experience
- Food Handlers permit (an asset)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Expertise in menu planning and food preparation
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and multitasking abilities
