Responsibility

  • Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food quality
  • Develop diverse and innovative menus
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain food costs
  • Enforce food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends

Experience and Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Culinary or Hospitality Management
  • Minimum five (5) years of culinary experience
  • Food Handlers permit (an asset)
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Expertise in menu planning and food preparation
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and multitasking abilities
