Job Description

Do It Center Dominica is seeking energetic and courteous Cashiers to join its customer service team. This role involves processing transactions accurately, assisting customers with purchases, and maintaining a friendly store atmosphere. Ideal candidates are reliable, organized, and capable of handling cash responsibly while delivering excellent service every day.

Responsibility

• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area.
• Assist customers with product information and returns.
• Balance cash drawers and report discrepancies.
• Support sales floor activities during peak hours.
• Promote store offers and loyalty programs.

Experience and Qualifications

• Prior experience as a cashier or in retail sales (preferred).
• Strong numeracy and cash-handling skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Basic computer or POS system knowledge.
• Clean police record and willingness to work flexible hours.
