Job Description
Unicomer Dominica Limited (UDL) is recruiting a highly motivated candidate to join our Roseau Branch as a Branch Attendant/Cleaner. You will ensure good and orderly housekeeping so that both internal and external customers enjoy a pleasant, clean environment, thereby projecting the image that Courts is the type of environment that customers and employees enjoy spending time in.
Responsibility
- To ensure that the premises are always deaned and sanitized and to provide required janitorial services on a daily basis.
- To dispatch mails and other correspondence to the post office or other location and to retrieve mails from the post office and generally to discharge errands as required and/or requested by branch management.
- To clean office furniture and rugs and generally to ensure that offices are comfortable to work in.
To make purchases of stationery items, groceries, and other necessities as requested by branch management. - To assist with moving stock Items and fixed assets within the Branch when required to do so.
- To keep windows and window - sills clean and spotless and to ensure that customers have a clear window-shopping view from outside the store.
- To make light refreshments as and when requested by branch management to do so.
- To assist in filing documents and to shred documents assigned by branch management for shredding.
Familiarity with the promises of the Courts Consumer Charter. - Proper conduct of self when dealing with customers and answering the telephone promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to all rules and regulations issued and to be honest, trustworthy, courteous, and helpful, and to execute any other exigent duties and those assigned by the Branch Administrator and/or other Branch Supervisors.
