If you’re passionate about adventure, safety, and showing off Dominica’s coast, this is your chance to combine your skills with nature’s wonders in a job that never feels routine.
Responsibility
- Operate boats safely, following all navigation rules
- Conduct safety briefings for all guests before departure
- Maintain boats and equipment, ensuring they are in excellent condition
- Provide informative commentary about the local ecosystem during tours
- Assist guests with boarding and disembarking
Experience and Qualifications
- PADI or other Certification
- The ability to swim & speak a foreign language are assets
- DDA License or State College Certification is a strong advantage but not required.
- Proven experience in boat handling and navigation
- Strong swimming ability and water safety knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of local waterways and environmental practices
- CPR and First Aid certification
