Responsibility
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide admission details
- Operate ticketing and payment systems accurately
- Manage crowd flow at the entry area
- Provide guests with park maps, wristbands, and rules
- Handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Keep the admissions booth clean and organized
- Monitor re-entry protocols and wristband checks
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum CXC passes in Math and English
- Friendly, customer-service-oriented personality
- Cash-handling or POS experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
