The numbers always balance when you’re in charge. You track every voucher, verify every report, and make sure nothing is missed. Dragon Windows is hiring an Accounts Officer who brings discipline, precision, and professionalism to our fast-moving environment.
Responsibility
- Maintaining accurate accounting records and bank statements
- Entering and updating financial data in Odoo ERP
- Preparing cheques, payment vouchers, and organizing financial files
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify entries using ODOO
- Managing petty cash and staff reimbursements
- Supporting month-end reports, audits, and internal controls
- Assisting with VAT checks and accounts receivable tracking
- Providing backup for Accounts Payable and Payroll when needed
Experience and Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in accounting (manufacturing experience is a plus)
- Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance
- Familiarity with ODOO ERP and Microsoft Excel (an asset)
- High accuracy, strong recordkeeping, and excellent organizational skills
- Trustworthy, mature, and able to handle confidential information
- Great team spirit and communication skills
