Event Details
The communities of Scotts Head, Gallion, and Soufrière in Saint Mark Parish will come alive this summer for the Scott’s Head Reunion 2025, a ten-day celebration of heritage, community, and resilience. With the theme “Connecting our past with the present for a brighter tomorrow,” the Reunion brings together locals and returning residents from around the world to reignite connections, honour community champions, and support development projects that uplift the historic villages.
Organised by a dedicated committee in collaboration with the Soufriere, Scotts Head, Galion Village Council and local groups, the event features a diverse calendar of cultural, sporting, and service-driven activities. These include a rebuilding of the bus stop lost during Hurricane Maria, the creation of four mini-libraries, a community clean-up campaign, and support programs for the elderly and students. The week will also pay tribute to past contributors with a moment of silence, honouring figures such as Daniel Langlois and Dominique Marchand.
