Targeting the initial relief in the southern villages of Soufriere, Scotts Head, and Galion, REZDM prioritizes the establishment of sustainable community services and environmental resilience. With a local team evaluating on-ground conditions and actions, the project operates under the Daniel Langlois Foundation's leadership and funding.
