Responsibility
- Greet and serve guests professionally and promptly
- Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders
- Handle guest requests, VIP needs, and special preferences
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for seamless delivery
- Uphold resort standards in guest interaction and presentation
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer-facing role (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Personalized, attentive guest service, focused on satisfaction, including handling VIPs and special requests
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic billing procedures
- Effective collaboration and flexibility for diverse working hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality and professionalism in appearance and demeanor
- Good communication and passionate about customer service. Good command over written & spoken English; additional languages are an asset
- Physical stamina and dexterity to carry trays, stand for long periods, and move swiftly
- Effective time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
