Auto Trade Ltd. has an exciting opening for a Tyre Maintenance Technician responsible for the removal, repair, and fitting of tyres on a wide array of vehicles. Candidates must have 3-6 years of experience in automotive repair, a solid grasp of tyre fitting best practices, and proven skills in wheel balancing and battery installation. Responsibility
- Remove, repair, and fit tyres for a variety of vehicles.
- Perform wheel balancing, battery testing, and installation.
- Advise the supervisor on tyre alignment requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure all tasks are completed following safety standards.
Experience and Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary School education with additional specialized training in automotive repair.
- 3-6 years' experience in automotive repair or in similar duty
- Competent in the use of identified software/equipment with the ability to learn new applications.
- Different types of tyres and the construction of tyres.
- Tyre removal and fitting techniques.
- Vehicle parts.
- Dealership regulations and safety standards.
