Job Description
Step into a leadership role at Bubbles Fun Park as a Supervisor. You’ll oversee daily park operations, coordinate staff, and ensure every guest has a safe, memorable visit. Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day park operations and team coordination
- Ensure all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are met
- Supervise and support frontline staff across concessions, rides, and games
- Train new hires and conduct briefings to keep teams informed
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment when necessary
- Complete shift reports and communicate effectively with senior management
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Enforce policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable guest experience
Experience and Qualifications
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience in customer service or entertainment
- Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or higher qualification preferred
- Energetic, positive, and team-oriented approach
