Job Description
Become part of Secret Bay’s award-winning hospitality team as a Spa Therapist. In this role, you’ll provide world-class therapies that complement the resort’s celebrated focus on wellness and nature. With discretion and artistry, you’ll support guests on their restorative journeys while contributing to Secret Bay’s reputation as the premier luxury retreat in Dominica.
Responsibility
- Deliver a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies to luxury resort standards.
- Maintain a serene, clean, and welcoming spa environment for guests.
- Tailor treatments to individual guest needs, ensuring personalized experiences.
- Manage spa schedules efficiently and uphold hygiene protocols at all times.
- Support wellness initiatives by recommending treatments and promoting holistic practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest journey.
Experience and Qualifications
- Certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or spa services.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or high-end spa environments preferred.
- Knowledge of holistic wellness practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
- Professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Commitment to upholding Secret Bay’s reputation for luxury and excellence.
