Job Description

PK Shipping is hiring Shipping & Customs Personnel to manage documents, support customs processes, and track cargo movements with precision. If you’re comfortable with ASYCUDA, enjoy working with brokers, and meet tight deadlines, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibility
- Prepare and process shipping documents such as bills of lading, cargo manifests, and customs declarations
- Enter and manage customs data in ASYCUDA
- Assist with import and export clearance procedures
- Coordinate with customs officers, brokers, and port authorities
- Track shipment statuses and ensure proper record-keeping
- Address any documentation or customs-related issues as needed
Experience and Qualifications
- Practical experience in shipping and logistics
- Working knowledge of the ASYCUDA system
- Understanding of customs and port procedures
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle documentation accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially Word and Excel)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Prior experience as a shipping and brokerage agent is a plus
