Join the Invest Dominica Authority as a Senior Investment Promotion Officer and shape Dominica’s economic landscape. Responsibility
- Develop and implement investment promotion strategies aligned with national economic goals through market research, sector targeting, and campaign design.
- Promote investment opportunities by identifying strategic leads, participating in missions and trade events, and managing promotional content across digital and print platforms.
- Advocate for policy improvements by identifying investment barriers, relaying investor feedback, and advising leadership on global investment trends.
- Manage data and reporting through CRM systems, tracking investment leads, and measuring the effectiveness of promotion efforts using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Experience and Qualifications
- A master’s degree in Economics, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in investment promotion, economic development, or international business, or related fields.
- Experience in investor relations, project management, or public sector engagement is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the use of investment promotion techniques, in particular the use of IT for investment promotion.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team with minimal supervision.
Benefits and Others
The position is to be filled on a contractual basis for two (2) years, subject to renewal upon decision by the Board of Directors.
