Responsibility
- Supervise security teams across assigned locations
- Coordinate scheduling, shift changes, and personnel assignments
- Ensure guards comply with operational protocols and client requirements
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
- Respond to escalated incidents and complete detailed reports
- Communicate regularly with clients and management
Experience and Qualifications
