Home'N Tools Dominica is looking for a flexible Sales Associate who thrives in a busy retail setting. From assisting customers to stocking shelves and supporting warehouse tasks, this full-time role offers dynamic responsibilities and real growth in a hardware and DIY environment.

Responsibility

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Restock shelves and maintain clean, organized displays
• Support inventory receiving and backroom organization
• Participate in daily store maintenance and merchandising
• Guide customers through tool, garden, and home improvement sections
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations
• Alert supervisors to low stock or customer feedback

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of tools, hardware, or gardening is a strong asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask across departments and adapt to changing priorities
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
• Willingness to learn and take initiative on the sales floor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
