The Ministry of Public Works & Digital Economy invites experienced mechanics and garages to tender for mechanically impaired vehicles suitable for repair and reuse. From drivetrain faults to body deterioration, these units offer excellent prospects for refurbishment by capable teams with the tools and technical knowledge to restore operational performance and roadworthiness.

Responsibility
- Diagnose and repair major engine, gearbox, or transmission faults
- Conduct safety inspections and testing post-repair
- Prepare vehicles for roadworthiness certification
- Document work and provide maintenance records
Experience and Qualifications
- Certified automotive repair background
- Access to garage or workshop facilities
- Knowledge of sourcing OEM or compatible parts
- Ability to meet Ministry safety and repair standards

The Ministry of Public Works and Digital Economy has been given the mandate for the administration and implementation of the physical and digital infrastructure and management of Dominica’s abundant water resource.
