As a Production Technician II, you’ll take charge of essential processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure production runs smoothly. Ideal for a seasoned food industry professional who thrives in precision-driven environments and values structure, safety, and results.

Responsibility

• Operate and monitor processing equipment for consistency and efficiency
• Assist in supervising production team members during shifts
• Maintain sanitation and safety protocols throughout the processing area
• Conduct quality control checks during production runs
• Identify and resolve minor mechanical and processing issues
• Ensure timely completion of daily production quotas
• Log production data and provide reports to supervisors
• Train or guide junior team members when necessary

Experience and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the food industry
• Valid Food Handlers Permit
• CSEC passes in Mathematics and English
• Strong understanding of production safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and processing guidelines
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work on flexible shifts
