Job Description

Responsibility

• Inspect produce for freshness and remove damaged or expired items.
• Stock and rotate fruits and vegetables according to company standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive displays.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and selection.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to supervisors.
• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines in handling fresh produce.
• Support unloading and restocking of deliveries.

Experience and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or grocery (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical ability to lift and move produce boxes.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
