Job Description

Join H.H.V Whitchurch & Co Ltd. as a Temporary Office Attendant and provide essential administrative support. You’ll manage filing, scanning, and document handling while greeting visitors and assisting departments. This role is perfect for individuals with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a commitment to reliability.

Responsibility

  • Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and distributing documents.
  • Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries.
  • Coordinate internal deliveries and handle incoming/outgoing mail or packages.
  • Help prepare meeting rooms with necessary materials and refreshments.
  • Provide general support to staff and departments as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Experience and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may prefer post-secondary education).
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
