Springfield Trading Ltd. is hiring a skilled Main Cook to lead kitchen operations at S-Mart Supermarket with creativity and consistency. Responsibility
- Prepare and cook meals to a high standard, ensuring taste, presentation, and quality.
- Ensure food quality and consistency before serving.
- Maintain hygiene standards and comply with food safety regulations.
- Manage kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, supervision, and training.
- Control food costs by managing budgets, inventory, and minimizing waste.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of cooking experience; certification in Culinary Arts is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Valid food safety certification (required).
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
