Junior Production Technician

Looking to build a career in production? Benjo's Seamoss & Agro Processing Co Ltd. is hiring a Junior Production Technician to help maintain workflow across its manufacturing lines. Gain skills in packaging, machinery prep, and GMP compliance in a growing company environment.

Responsibility

• Assist with the daily preparation and processing of seamoss and other natural products
• Operate and clean basic equipment used in production and packaging
• Monitor raw material quantities and report shortages or issues
• Help label, pack, and seal products in accordance with company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across workstations
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Support the senior production technician and supervisors with assigned tasks
• Report equipment faults or operational concerns promptly
• Participate in routine quality checks and documentation tasks

Experience and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a production, factory, or food-processing environment preferred
• Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Familiarity with basic hygiene, health, and safety procedures
• Must be punctual, dependable, and results-oriented
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
