Inventory Team Leader

Step into a leadership role that blends precision with people skills. As an Inventory Team Leader at J. Astaphans & Co. Ltd., you’ll guide staff, oversee performance, and ensure accuracy across all inventory processes. From training new team members to managing pricing records, your contribution will keep operations efficient and reliable.

Responsibility

• Assist in training and providing guidance to new inventory staff
• Assist in performance evaluation
• Ensure all pricing and descriptions are recorded accurately
• Oversee day-to-day inventory processes
• Maintain compliance with company standards

Experience and Qualifications

• Clean Police Record required
• At least 5 years’ experience in retail and customer service
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Advantage and MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
• Ability to efficiently operate POS workstations
