Job Description
The Electoral Office is hiring Enrollment Officers for constituency confirmation centers. This one-year role involves supporting electoral processes and requires basic administrative skills. Applicants must be computer literate and possess certified qualifications.
Responsibility
- Assist in confirming and updating voter information
- Input and verify data in computerized systems
- Support daily operations of constituency confirmation centers
- Organize and file enrollment documents
- Interact with the public professionally and courteously
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all data handled
- Report technical issues or irregularities to supervisors
- Maintain daily records and enrollment logs
Experience and Qualifications
- Must be computer literate
- Certified copies of academic qualifications required
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to be stationed in various constituency centers
- Basic administrative and recordkeeping skills
- Ability to commit to a twelve-month assignment
