Responsibility

• Assist elderly residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Administer medications and maintain accurate health records as directed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents
• Support residents in mobility and physical activities
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for elderly care
• Ability to handle physical demands of assisting elderly residents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in caregiving
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Certification in caregiving or healthcare is an asset
