Data Enumerator

Job Description

As the Data Enumerator, you are required to conduct survey interviews in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. Also, you must complete the data collection process accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibility

• Participating in a virtual one-day Pilot training workshop and leant meetings.
• Participating in a virtual four-day Survey training workshop.
• Administering electronic surveys, via a CATI software, within a stipulated timeframe.
• Using a CATI software to call each unanswered household between 7 to 10 limes: at different times and different days, before establishing the household’s number is unreachable.
• Ensuring that all callbacks are completed on the fifth day of the first call.
• Meeting the established daily targets of successful interviews and call attempts.
• Collecting data in accordance with set policies and procedures as outlined in the Interviewer Manual.
• Inputting daily work activities into a google sheet performance report, al the end of each day.

Experience and Qualifications

• Must have completed secondary school, with a minimum of five (5) CXCs including Math and English or equivalent
• Over five (5) years of work experience
• Committed
• Conscientious and persistent
• Available and flexible
• Able to attend a four-day training workshop
• Able Io work a minimum of five (5) hours per day. for the duration of the fieldwork
• Able to work weekends
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Vibrant, friendly and outgoing
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is an asset
• Experience working with electronic questionnaires will be an asset
