Responsibility
- Participate in hands-on training to monitor and manage control room systems
- Assist in the operation of plant equipment under supervision
- Learn and apply operational procedures in real-time environments
- Support routine inspection and reporting activities
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Develop proficiency in shift-based monitoring and response protocols
- Adhere to company safety, compliance, and communication standards
Experience and Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or
- High School Diploma with 2 years experience in plant operations
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Technical literacy
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
- Team-oriented
- Computer literacy
- Must be available to work on a shift basis
