Responsibility

• Accountable for the Overall Success of the daily Operation of the Kitchen
• Knowledge of various Local and International Cuisine such as Caribbean, French, Italian, Asian.
• Able to Create new Menus & Costing
• Must be able to upgrade the Kitchen Operation and maintain high Standards of Health, Safety and Sanitation.
• Manage the Kitchen Personnel and Supervise/coordinate all related Culinary Activities for Kitchens and one Bar.
• Estimate Food Consumption and manage the Food Requisitions and Costs Control
• Manage all Kitchen Areas to ensure a consistent high-Quality Product is produced at all times

Experience and Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 5 Years’ Experience working at a resort, restaurant, tourism or other related fields.
• Qualifications & Certifications in Culinary Arts or similar related fields.
• Food Handlers Permit
• Have experience in Overseas Orders
• Ability to plan and promote the Menus and standardize Production Recipes to ensure consistent Quality
• Have experience in the Completion of the Annual Operational Budgets
• Possess strong Management, Leadership, Organization, Communication & Customer Service Skills
• Good knowledge of Computer
• Hands-on, able to work & train the team to reach outstanding Standards
• Guest Oriented & Personalization
• Dedicated, passionate, hard worker
• Able to function under pressure
