Job Description
Join Secret Bay’s facilities team as a Carpenter (Apprentice), where you’ll work alongside seasoned carpenters maintaining custom furniture, interior fixtures, and premium wooden finishes. A great opportunity to grow in a high-standard environment.
Responsibility
- Carry materials, hold pieces in place, and clean work areas
- Assist with installing baseboards, moldings, and paneling
- Learn and apply safe operation of power tools
- Observe senior carpenters and ask questions to develop skills
- Help prepare surfaces for finishing or repairs
- Maintain inventory of carpentry materials
Experience and Qualifications
- High school diploma or vocational training preferred
- Basic math and measurement abilities
- Physically able to lift and handle wood materials
- Awareness of safety protocols in construction zones
- Willingness to take initiative and work under supervision
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Interest in high-end interior finish work
