Job Description
Join Premium Home Care and Residential Services (PHARCS) as a Care Assistant and bring comfort and joy to older persons. Work in one of our care facilities, providing essential care and support. Be part of a team that values compassion, dedication, and the transformative power of genuine care.
Responsibility
- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes or residential settings.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and report on clients’ health and well-being to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
Experience and Qualifications
- If you can deliver personalised care and support services to our Seniors in a way that respects their privacy and dignity.
- If you can deliver care and support services with patience and kindness at all times.
- If you can deliver care and support to persons with Dementia in a way that ensures that they are treated with respect and dignity at all times.
- You must have basic English skills as you will have to write notes every day that you are on shift.
- Willing to work weekends, bank holidays and nights.
