Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for the automotive world? Auto Trade Ltd. is looking for a Store Manager to oversee our retail dealership. The Store Manager is primarily responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and profitability of the retail store.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in a dealership or fast-paced retail environment
- Strong business acumen with skills in inventory control, reporting, and performance analysis
- Excellent people skills, a coach, communicator, and problem-solver who lifts the team
Responsibility
- Supervise daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and vendor coordination
- Monitor and boost sales performance through promotions, KPIs, and staff motivation
- Handle customer service escalations with urgency and professionalism
- Lead staff training and development to meet company performance goals
- Track store performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports
- Maintain store compliance with operational standards and procedures
- Collaborate with senior management on business strategy and improvements
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven leadership experience in a retail or dealership environment
- Strong team management and staff development skills
- Solid understanding of store operations, inventory control, and sales performance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
