Job Description
Francois Security Company Ltd needs licensed Armed Security Officers for part-time assignments in Roseau and Portsmouth. Responsibilities include asset protection, access control, and incident response. A valid firearm license and clean background are mandatory. Prior security or defense experience is preferred.
Responsibility
- Patrol designated areas and enforce client security protocols
- Monitor for threats or suspicious activity and respond appropriately
- Control access to facilities and check identification where required
- Complete incident and shift reports accurately
- Provide visible deterrence and maintain professional presence
- Liaise with law enforcement if necessary in emergencies
Experience and Qualifications
- Valid firearm security license
- Clean criminal background record
- Prior experience in armed security or law enforcement (preferred)
- Strong decision-making and de-escalation skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Physically fit and capable of extended standing or patrol
- Respectful, professional, and team-oriented
