Responsibility
The Lecturer equips learners with the skills and competencies in the
subject area, to prepare them for successful completion of their
programmes and ultimately, for mature participation in work by:
- Planning and delivering units of work as per syllabus and
schedules. - Evaluating students' performance in relation to the course
objectives. - maintaining accurate student's records.
- Supporting management in all institutional strengthening
activities. - Assisting at and participating in college activities to develop and
enhance students.
Experience and Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Architectural Engineering would be a definite asset
- A minimum of a First Degree in Architectural Engineering is required
- Teacher training qualifications would be a distinct asset
- Be mature and capable team-players
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons as per the curriculum
- Exhibit strong pedagogical skills with a focus on inclusivity and meeting diverse classroom needs
- Have some teaching experience in Architectural Engineering
