Job Description
This role, Administrative & Inventory Clerk, blends administrative and inventory management, making it ideal for someone organised, reliable, and comfortable with multitasking. You’ll manage records, assist with office duties, update inventory sheets, and support resort departments. Accuracy and professionalism are key as you help keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes at Rosalie Bay Eco Resort & Spa.
Responsibility
- Update and maintain administrative records.
- Assist with stock checks and organise storeroom items.
- Support departments with simple clerical tasks.
- Distribute supplies and log stock movement.
- Keep files, documents, and office areas organised.
- Help prepare small reports when requested.
- Communicate with supervisors about shortages or needs.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least one year of work experience.
- Good communication and basic computer skills.
- Organised, dependable, and attentive.
- Able to multitask and follow instructions.
- Comfortable working in a hospitality setting.
- Flexible schedule when needed.
- Professional attitude and good teamwork habits.
