This esteemed institution, functioning as both a non-government and a not-for-profit organization, has been instrumental in reshaping the futures of over six hundred Dominicans through its comprehensive programs. Under the guidance of its Chairman, Clifford Parillon, and a dedicated board of directors, C.A.L.L.S has committed itself to foster an environment where adolescents learn the essence of love and service, empowering them to emerge as responsible, well-rounded individuals ready to contribute positively to society.
