Disconnection of Accounts in Arrears, JUN 2025

DOWASCO reminds its valued customers that disconnections for both residential and commercial accounts begin during the first week of every month. Disconnections for the month of June will begin:

Customers are advised that any account with an outstanding balance exceeding 30 days is liable for disconnection.

Customers who are disconnected must clear arrears and pay the applicable reconnection fee to have service restored.

Bills can be paid in person or online via SurePay or through NBD MoBanking, Republic Bank’s online and at Central Cooperative Cooperative Credit Union, Grand Bay Cooperative Credit Union and the National Cooperative Credit Union.
