Responsibility

• Provide expert advice and personalized travel recommendations based on client needs, preferences, and budget.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end travel bookings.
• Prepare and review travel documents to ensure full compliance with destination and company requirements.
• Assist clients with visa applications and travel insurance contracts.
• Monitor and process payments in accordance with internal systems and travel supplier deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to I.A.T.A. standards and internal operational procedures.
• Stay current on international travel regulations, safety updates, and destination trends.

Experience and Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in travel, tourism, or hospitality (preferred).
• 2–3 years’ experience in travel consultancy or customer service.
• Solid understanding of international travel documentation and visa processes.
• Familiarity with I.A.T.A. guidelines and booking systems (e.g., GDS platforms).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment.
