Responsibility

• Visit supermarkets, retail outlets, and wholesale customers to take orders, promote products, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand ACS product penetration across the island.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop marketing strategies to meet the company’s objectives.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including content creation and social media management.
• Organize and participate in samplings, promotional events, trade shows, and sponsorship initiatives.
• Conduct market research and surveys on current and new product concepts.
• Create product displays and ensure consistent branding across all store locations and marketing events.

Experience and Qualifications

• Possess an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. In the absence of formal qualifications, a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience within this field will be accepted.
• Experience in graphic design is an asset.
• Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and brand promotion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to supervise, motivate, and support team members.
• Proven organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• A valid driver’s license is an asset.
