With a solid understanding of branding and market trends, you’ll be essential in elevating product presence across Dominica.

Responsibility

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Develop marketing strategies to meet the company’s objectives.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including content creation and social media management.
• Organize and participate in samplings, promotional events, trade shows, and sponsorship initiatives.
• Conduct market research and surveys on current and new product concepts.
• Create product displays and ensure consistent branding across all marketing efforts.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. In default, a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a same or similar role
• Graphic design experience is preferred
• Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and brand promotion
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, motivate, and train team members
• Proven organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
