Working closely with experienced staff, you will learn how to mix nutrients, check pumps, and track plant performance. This role suits fast learners who enjoy practical work with a scientific edge.

Responsibility

• Assist with seeding, transplanting, and harvesting hydroponic crops
• Mix nutrient solutions and check pH and EC under supervision
• Inspect plants for health, pests, and diseases and report findings
• Monitor pumps, timers, and irrigation lines to ensure proper operation
• Clean tanks, channels, and work areas to maintain hygiene standards
• Record daily readings, yields, and any system adjustments

Experience and Qualifications

• Interest in learning hydroponic and climate-smart farming methods
• Basic numeracy and comfort with following technical instructions
• Ability to work in greenhouse or covered environments for extended periods
• Physically able to handle light to moderate lifting and standing work
• Reliable, disciplined, and open to ongoing training and feedback
