Floor Attendant

Job Description

Ready to work on your feet and stay active? Lindo Mart is hiring a Floor Attendant to help keep shelves stocked and customers satisfied. We prefer male applicants with a good attitude and the energy to move. Experience helps, but hustle matters more.

Responsibility

• Replenish shelves and merchandise displays throughout the store
• Ensure product placement is neat, visible, and correctly labeled
• Assist customers in locating items and answering basic inquiries
• Monitor stock levels and report low or out-of-stock items to supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned floor sections
• Support in receiving, unpacking, and sorting deliveries
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily floor presentation standards

Experience and Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or stocking is an advantage
• Must be physically fit and able to stand, lift, and move products throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining order
• Good communication and basic customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Male applicants preferred for physical task requirements
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays when needed
