Responsibility
- Manage daily operations and staff schedules
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of deli items
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage shrinkage
- Train team members and foster a positive work environment
- Possess strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and handle inquiries professionally
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous deli/food service experience
- Leadership or supervisory background
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety & sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work weekends & holidays
