Consultant Radiologist

Job Description

Join Medicus Diagnostic Inc. as a Consultant Radiologist and bring your expertise in diagnostic imaging to an advanced medical facility serving Dominica and the Caribbean. With a minimum of 10 years of experience, you will be crucial in interpreting imaging studies and collaborating with referring physicians to deliver precise and timely diagnoses.

Responsibility

• Interpret X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, and mammograms with precision
• Provide accurate and timely diagnostic reports for patients
• Collaborate with referring physicians to ensure the best course of treatment
• Maintain high imaging quality standards in line with best practices
• Use PACS and other radiology software to manage imaging records
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in continuing education and training programs to enhance expertise

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in radiology and diagnostic imaging
• Medical degree with a specialization in Radiology
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with medical teams
• Experience with PACS and other radiology imaging software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in medical imaging
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative engagement
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care
