Montreal Management Consultants Development (MMCD) Ltd is recruiting a Construction Manager who thrives under pressure and understands the stakes of airport development. This is a boots-on-ground, high-responsibility position ideal for someone with aviation infrastructure experience and strong stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibility

• Oversee planning, design, and construction of airport facilities
• Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate construction teams
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-schedule and on-budget execution
• Liaise with clients, vendors, engineers, and regulatory bodies to align expectations and resolve issues
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance regulations
• Provide consistent progress reports and updates to senior management
• Review and approve project documentation, drawings, and contracts
• Anticipate construction challenges and propose effective, timely solutions

Experience and Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interactions
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex construction projects
• High level of analytical skills for problem-solving and risk assessment
• Deep understanding of safety standards and compliance in construction environments
• Demonstrated experience in airport construction projects is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline is an advantage
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Roseau and adapt to dynamic project demands
• Strong focus on customer experience and stakeholder satisfaction
