Responsibility
- Prospect and generate leads to identify potential buyers and sellers
- Conduct property viewings and consultations with clients
- Market and promote properties using online platforms and direct sales strategies
- Maintain up-to-date real estate listings and client records
- Provide advisory services on pricing, market trends, and property conditions
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients
- Develop strong relationships with local businesses and property developers
Experience and Qualifications
