Responsibility

• Manage guest bookings and handle customer inquiries
• Coordinate tour schedules and ensure smooth operations
• Maintain facility readiness and stock supplies
• Communicate via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Assist with problem-solving and guest experience improvements

Experience and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Customer service experience in a hospitality or tourism-related industry
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
• Flexible availability, including weekends and fluctuating schedules
